Don’t worry about guesstimating on those quarterly taxes and risking a penalty. As a W2 employee, we take care of all that (and pay the 7.75% self-employment tax you’d be paying as a 1099) so all you need to focus on is your work.

We know how hard this work can be and want you to be able to do it as best you can. At CCCC, we consider 20-23 sessions/week to be full-time employment.

To promote equity and understanding across our team, we have a transparent and increasing pay scale based on level of licensure and years with the practice. Payscale begins at $50 per 45-minute session.

There is so much more to being a therapist than client hours! Get paid for consulting and collaborating with others, taking a CEU, or even reading a book related to your clinical practice!

Supervision for provisionally licensed therapists and consultation for everyone! Did we mention that it’s paid time?
